Usage:
The neon UV hair mascara has the same appearance as normal mascara. The brush with the "teeth" comes in a nicely designed tube.
The brush makes it very easy to apply the UV hair mascara to the hair in stripes. It is wise to apply the hair mascara in layers for optimal results. With little hair mascara, the neon UV hair mascara will stand out more on blond hair than on dark hair, where a little more "stripes" may be needed. It is recommended that you always apply the product to a small area of ​​ tioe before working your entire hair. For example, the effect can be different with bleached or extremely broken hair than with dark hair.
